We went to the Hogle Zoo on Friday, and I think all of Utah county was there because it was Spring Break. I see an elementry school on every corner, but I never see all these children in public. Well, they were all at the zoo with us. Gabriel was such a cutie, sqeeling with delight on the train. He is such a good baby. My favorite part of the zoo was the empty pizza box in one of the monkey cages.
After the zoo we went to the Melting Pot, where they said there was a dress code, so we changed our clothes at Wendy's. We were only slightly bitter when we got to dinner and saw other diners there in jeans. Not cool. This being our first experience there, we envisioned dipping our food into delicious sauces and such. We were pretty surprised to find out that we had to cook our own meat in hot flavored water. But the cheese and the chocolate were to die for. So, my advise on the Melting Pot is to go there for cheese and dessert; not so much for dinner. But, Nicole, we're still taking that Fondue class because it was super fun and super delicious.

Did I forget to tell you the part about cooking every bite individually? No? I agree that the cheese and chocolate part make it worth the trip. Glad you had a fun day of it. :)
Gabriel is delicious!! I can't wait to meet him. I concur about Melting Pot-strictly a dessert outing.
